Posture Clinics and Practice Teaching
This is where the magic happens. In our posture clinics, students go deep into each of the 26 postures. They learn the exact way to move, to speak, and to guide others safely and confidently.
Then, they switch roles. One minute a student, the next a teacher. Standing at the front of the room, voice shaking at first – but growing steadier with every session.
Behind the scenes, confidence is built through repetition. Teaching isn’t just taught. It’s lived.

Behind the Scenes, Stage by Stage
The YogaFX Bikram Hot 26&2 Yoga Teacher Training MasterClass is a hybrid course. Most of the theory happens quietly at home, before you fly. The six days in Seminyak, Bali, are where that study turns into teaching. Here is what each stage looks like from the inside.
